Polyforge is an annual site license — everyone at the site works in it, from the night-shift operator to the site director. Never per seat, because software priced by the head stops being adopted at exactly the layer where adoption matters most. The license is scoped by two things only: which rungs of the AI ladder are active, and how many sites run it.
The daily-management layer, complete — capture and recall for one site, all four tiers of the plant.
Live todayCore, plus the Reason rung — the system starts telling you things you didn't ask it.
First pieces liveIntelligence across the network, negotiated as one agreement — and the per-site rate falls as sites are added.
Scoped togetherStatus labels are honest by policy. "Live today" means running in production for our design partners right now. "First pieces live" means exactly that. "Direction" means we're building toward it and will tell you plainly where it stands — we'd rather under-promise on a website than over-promise in your plant.
In a conversation, deliberately. We're in the design-partner phase: the license is scoped to your site count and the rungs you'll actually run, and we'd rather price your plant than publish a table that prices an imaginary one. It's a premium product for a GMP plant's budget — a fraction of what the problem costs, and we'll show that math openly. One 30-minute call gets you a real number. Write to hello@polyforgehq.com and it goes straight to the founder.
Per-seat pricing makes every new user a procurement decision — so the operators, the people the daily layer exists for, never get accounts. A site license makes adoption free at the margin. The whole plant works in one system, which is the only way the system's picture of the plant is true.
Capture → Recall → Reason → Act. You license the rungs that are working for you: Core is capture and recall; Intelligence adds the reasoning layer that finds slips and patterns. As the AI does more of the work, the license reflects it — and not before.
An Enterprise agreement is one account total across your sites, and the effective per-site rate declines as sites are added — your second plant onboards from the playbook the first one wrote. Scaling with us should feel like a volume discount, because it is one.
Polyforge runs the daily-management layer that sits outside your validated systems — no validation project stands between signature and your first tier meeting running on it. Design partners have been live within days.
We're taking a small number of plants with us — capped, deliberately. Design partners commit to a multi-year founding term at a meaningful discount, with Intelligence-rung capability included while we build it together. In exchange: real daily use, honest feedback, and a reference conversation if we've earned it.
The founding rate is locked by agreement — no surprise step when the program ends. If you want to be one of the plants the product is shaped around, this is the moment that door is open.
